The Great Rosé Infusion of Summer is a curated and immersive experience in the historic and picturesque setting of Soda Rock Winery, in Healdsburg. Award-winning rosé wines, rosé-infused spirits, beers and ciders from Experience Rosé are paired with gourmet cuisine created, prepared and presented by emerging star chefs in themed tasting areas.
Meet and be captivated by the mouth-watering bites by dazzling talents like French-trained charcuterie chef Marc-Henri Jean-Baptiste, savory breads from Quail & Condor, happenin’ BBQ from Way Station in Fairfax, a star Napa chef, and others to be announced soon.
The event starts with an extraordinary 11am-to-noon VIP-only grand tasting: Rosé Without Cliché presenting four pathfinder winemakers pouring signature wines which colorfully illustrate the infinite range of this versatile wine.
