Behind the Cellar Door (AVA Event)

Discover the interplay between taste, texture, and aromas, and how they play a role in the art behind food and wine pairing. Our knoweldgeable staff will guide each table through a food and wine pairing with 5 of our award winning wines. Each guest will be provided with an individual charcuterie plate that consits of 5 flavors you will find in food (sour, sweet, salty, bitter, and umami).
