The color of the 2002 Rancho Sarco Cabernet has incredible depth and the hues are bright purple. The aromas of cassis, currants, and dusty blueberries are complemented with a bouquet of coffee and mocha with hints of leather. On the pallet, there are bright red fruits with a chalky dustiness typical of Napa Valley Cabernet. The wine is well structured and will reward the patient with additional complexity and softness with 2-4 years in the bottle.
