Fans of Amador County wines will be treated to a scintillating variety of old-vine zinfandels, syrahs, sangioveses, barberas, viogniers and other ‘off-the-beaten-track’ varietals, which flourish in Amador’s sun-bathed hillside vineyards. These delicious, food-friendly wines will be showcased at the Amador Vintners’ annual “Behind the Cellar Door” weekend wine extravaganza.
The event features tastings from barrel and bottle at 42 Amador County wineries, along with a diverse array of entertainment, demonstrations, tours and seminars, library and vertical tastings, live music, and gourmet foods.
Presale tickets available until March 3rd at 11:45 pm are *$50 for both days, *$35 Sunday only and $10 designated driver,*Winemaker Reception $60, *Saturday & Sunday admission and Winemaker Reception $100. Tickets for the event only will be available at participating wineries during the event for $5 more each. *Must be 21 or older to purchase.
